The Tent of Meeting

Unole Numunuu Sweat Lodge Ritual

"Where Fire, Earth, and Spirit Heal the Body"

As practiced under The 7th Seal of Shekinah Healing Ministry PMA

Sweat lodge is the Tent of Meeting in my Ancestors' scroll. It is a consecrated place where the Soul and the Great Spirit, Father and Mother, meet in the fire.

Purpose:

This consecrated ritual is designed to cleanse the physical body, renew the mind, and awaken the soul through prayer, heat, steam, and consecrated elements. It reconnects us to the Earth, our ancestors, and the Great Spirit through repentance, purification, and revelation.

Spiritual Foundation:

Exodus 34:28–35 (The Sweat Lodge of Moses)

Moses entered the mountain alone, fasting for 40 days and nights, surrounded by the fire and glory of the Great Spirit. He returned glowing with light, carrying the covenant. This mirrors the sweat lodge: entering with a burden, fasting from the world, enduring the heat, and emerging cleansed and transformed, carrying divine revelation.

"And he was there with the Great Spirit forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water..."

Essene Gospel of Peace (Ancient Healing Wisdom)

“Go into the hot caves, that you may sweat out the unclean things within you... and you will see with the eyes of the spirit.”

The Essenes, ancient Hebrews connected to nature and purity laws, taught that sweat, silence, and steam opened the path for healing and communion with the Great Spirit.

Elements of the Ritual:

The Lodge (Womb of the Earth):

A dome-shaped structure symbolizing the womb of Mother Earth, where rebirth and restoration begin.

Grandfather Stones:

Fire-heated stones brought into the lodge symbolize ancient wisdom and the spirit of the ancestors.

Water (Essene Purifier):

Water poured over the stones becomes steam, cleansing body and soul, representing Spirit (the subconscious).

Darkness:

The absence of light within the lodge fosters introspection, spiritual focus, and sacred vision.

4 Rounds (Door Opens After Each):

1. Repentance:

Call upon the Great Spirit. Let go of guilt, shame, and false identity. Name what you’re releasing.

2. Ancestral Connection:

Pray for your lineage. Honor those who came before and cleanse generational pain.

3. Renewal & Vision:

Ask the Great Spirit for guidance. Speak life into your purpose and calling.

4. Thanksgiving & Offering:

Leave sweat and tears as offerings. Speak gratitude and vow to walk in truth.

Redemption for the Soul:

In American Indian Hebrew tradition, the lodge is not just a ceremony—it’s a rebirth.

You come in covered in the dust of lies, trauma, and confusion.

You leave as a redeemed soul, marked not by race or religion—but by covenant, breath, and purpose.

Final Bliss:

“You are the temple. You are the priest. You are the offering. Step out of the lodge as a new creation.”
